REAL ESTATE MODULE
This module enables the users to manage properties, units under the properties and tenancy contracts of each unit.
Contracts can be prepared for each unit in a building. Provided queries and reports to show amounts due from a contract or collectively from a tenant. Renewal option is provided to renew expired contracts and termination option for tenants leaving the unit.
A very powerful PDC management is provided to handle all the aspects of PDC issues of the business. If a cheque has to be kept on hold and replaced with another cheque or cash, option for the same has been provided. Cheque returns and bounced cheques can also be entered. The payments, such as, rent, security deposit and others paid as cheque can be entered.
Information can be easily retrieved from this system to find out the status of a unit, whether occupied or vacant, find out amount due on a unit, check the tenant ledger, etc.
ACCOUNTS MODULE
This module enables all aspects of an accounting program like receipts, payments, other purchases, etc and generates reports right up to Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Accounting for Auto posting of Advance rent income based on financial year and schedules for the same for audit have been provided. Tenant Statement of Accounts for receivables and Security deposit management with schedules of the same are also available.
