ESTIMATION AND QUOTATION MODULE
This module enables the users to enter requirements of an enquiry, prepare an estimate of the cost, apply required margin and then prepare the quotation accordingly
JOB ORDERS, SCHEDULING AND INVOICING MODULE
This module enables the users to enter the job orders once the job is confirmed from the client, schedule it for the various departments/machines, track the job as it moves from one to another until it is ready for delivery and invoicing. Invoicing done in this module is completely integrated to Accounts.
INVENTORY MODULE
This module enables the users to start from preprocurement, raise LPO’s, procure the goods, issue and returns to/from jobs and keep track of inventory and consumption job wise.
HR MODULE
This module captures employee details including remuneration, leave and other important details. It calculates the monthly payroll and generate all reminders and reports.
ACCOUNTS MODULE
These modules enable all accounting transactions and generate reports right up to Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet. Invoicing from Job Module and Purchases and other entries from Inventory Module are completely integrated to this module avoiding duplication.
