The employee’s salary details can be entered with increments option for tracking periodic increments.
In payroll, the monthly attendance or deductions based on paid and unpaid days automatically calculated.
Overtime details of the employees are calculated at the time of payroll generation.
Gratuity calculations have been provided monthly and annually.
WPS File as required by banks can be generated automatically from the system.
LEAVE
Leave module, which includes application, approval, and payment until employee returns from leave.
Tracks passport storage through a withdrawal and return requisition.
RESIGNATION
Provides for tracking of application and approval of resignations or dismissals of the employee.
The end of service calculations have been provided in the system.
RENEWAL
Track all documents for expiry and periodic renewals, such as, visa, labour card and passport.
LOAN
Loan module, which includes opening loan balances, application and approval of the loan.
The repayment terms of the loan are automatically taken into the monthly payroll.
