Guests can visit hotel web site for reservations and select range of dates, no of adults and children and no of rooms. System will display available rooms with the total value and breakup of the prices. Room details with images also will be displayed to the guest. The guest will select the room, enter all guest details including flight details. The guest will agree to all policies of the hotel relating to cancellation, child, construction notes if any. Guests will have to create a login id if visiting site for the first time, or use existing id. The total amount will be displayed and he will be redirected to the payment gateway for processing payment through the bank system and on successful payment, guest will get an auto confirmation. An email will be sent to the hotel informing the reservation desk of the online booking.

OTHER SERVICES

Hotels can also feature other services which they may be offering at a price like Airport Transfers, City Tours and many others. The guest has an option to add these when making bookings and it will be added to the total value prior to the payment gateway.

ADMIN MODULE

Admin Module has been provided to enter all details related to the hotel, the different rooms, create the prices and availability for the online booking engine. Other Services can also be defined here with prices. The bookings received from the web can be viewed here and reports related to the same can be taken.
